|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Rent — Love loving here and being close to everything including the west genesee district, the buildings are outdated and would love to see them go in and completely renovate apartments including cabinets for the price and maybe improve the noise by putting something in the walls to help but we love the building and the people we are surrounded by The staff is also super friendly

My neighbors children are loud after hours but I deal, at least most of the time. Lol.
Parking should be altered or numbered in front of each building based on apt and open spots can be for guests or 2nd vehicle. Because working late, I don't have a spot when coming home.
